Former NSBA Attorney Tom Hutton Joins Patterson Buchanan
National School Boards Association (NSBA) Senior Staff Attorney Tom Hutton joined Patterson Buchanan beginning January 2010. Tom will be a valuable addition to our practice. He brings a wealth of national experience in school law and policy and served as editor of newsletters and presenter nationally for NSBA and NSBA’s Council of School Attorneys. He was also responsible for writing and editing amicus briefs for Federal Circuit Court and U.S. Supreme Court cases involving public entity issues. We are delighted with Tom’s arrival from Washington D.C. and the enhancement he brings to our national and regional reputation as preeminent school law attorneys.
