Huss v. Spokane County

Huss v. Spokane County, Class Action Lawsuit- All individuals who were booked into the Spokane County Jail from May 5, 2004 to December 20, 2006, who were charged a booking fee at the time of the booking and who paid money towards that booking fee are members of this class action lawsuit.
