Mr. Kay’s practice involves all aspects of civil defense work and general litigation including complex litigation and appeals. He has experience in a wide range of cases including matters involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, breach of contract, bad faith, Consumer Protection Act, and the Washington Insurance Fair Conduct Act. Mr. Kay also has significant experience advising insurers on coverage issues and extra-contractual claims.

Mr. Kay began his legal career as a municipal prosecutor before transitioning to civil practice with a Seattle-area insurance defense firm.
