Practice Area
Michael Doering’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation.
Prior to joining Patterson Buchanan Fobes & Leitch, Mr. Doering worked as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, where he worked on a variety of cases including civil rights claims under Section 1983, anti-discrimination claims, criminal appeals, and other appeals involving claims against both private and public entities. During law school, he worked with the Oxford Federal Project and the Criminal Appeals Project, where he worked on criminal appeals and post-conviction issues. He also interned for the Honorable Judge Brian W. Blanchard at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
