State and federal appeals court can be a complex landscape. Patterson Buchanan is available for retention as counsel at any appellate level. We have an extraordinary level of state and national experience in appellate advocacy. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in many states as well as several federal district and circuit courts, have clerked for appellate judges, and are experienced amicus curiae (friend of the court) advocates.
