Recall Team

In April 2021, we successfully secured dismissal, with prejudice, of five virtually identical petitions to recall Northshore School District school board directors after arguing the merits of the petitions at a sufficiency hearing before Judge Brian McDonald. With Kent School District, in May 2021, we successfully obtained an unconditional surrender by Petitioner, who had filed petitions to recall two District school board directors in advance of the scheduled sufficiency hearing before Judge Sandra Widlan.
