Practice Area

Mr. Burt's practice focuses on civil defense litigation for both private and public entities.

Prior to joining Patterson Buchanan Fobes & Leitch, Mr. Burt worked at a small plaintiff’s litigation firm, where he represented condominium associations on insurance and construction defect matters.  Mr. Burt also worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters at Perkins Coie LLP in the E-Discovery Services and Strategy group.  During law school, Mr. Burt externed for the Honorable Hollis Hill of the King County Superior Court.
