Mr. Zilavy manages the Public Records Act aspect of the Firm’s practice. Prior to joining Patterson Buchanan, Mr. Zilavy worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and as the Legal Director for a Washington non-profit organization. He spent 8 years living in Europe where he focused on his family, teaching and coaching young students, and planning and running tours through Italy, Bosnia, Turkey and many other regions.
